Leaders wanting to be effective should be empathetic. People like to feel that there’s someone who put themselves in other people's shoes, I mean, who understands what people feel and what they want. To be a good leader: It all boils to communication and empathy. Because nothing works without clear communication and employees sharing ideias. Never underestimate employees abilitys to figure out new effective forms to deal with work’s problems. In terms of leadership itself, where times and circunstances change, human nature does not change. What makes you a successful leader is persuading others, sharing both a vision and hardship, earning trust. I’m not the best leader, but I’m in that position today, giving the best of me being hardworking because one day I wanted to be the difference, so I did what my mentor said to be, and was exactly that what I said, and here I’m, now I’m the mentor of other people. Be realistic is important, but let yourself to dream, because almost anything is impossible.
