Vernon Cooper (born 12 June 1977 in Morriston, Wales) is a Welsh rugby union footballer, who plays for the Llanelli Scarlets in the Celtic League. Cooper has also played for Wales. His usual position is at lock. He has made 111 appearnces for the Scarlets scoring 15 points (three tries)
