Jan Greshoff (1888-1971) was a prominent Dutch poet, writer, and literary critic. Born in Den Haag (South Holland), he soon showed a talent for writing, publishing his first poems at a young age. Jan Greshoff passed away in Laren, leaving a body of work that solidified his place in 20th-century Dutch literature.
